Semi-absorbent gesso (white)
By giving the surface (canvas, paper) a fine grain similar to that of watercolour paper, it forms a porous surface when dry, this improves penetration and diffusion of the colour with greater resistance to water than traditional paper. It can be used as it is or tinted by pre-mixing it with Sennelier acrylic colours. For painting with acrylic, oil (gives a matte touch), watercolour, egg tempera, gouache, or casein. Water soluble. Dries rapidly.
