Lemons in Watercolor

Monday Live on Monday, April 27 will be dedicated to a luminous subject: lemons in watercolor. It is a perfect theme to explore the light that passes through the lemon and to work in depth on color nuances and contrasts. 

On program:

Observation of shapes and proportions, establishing the main values: shadows and lights, working on the transparency of the lemon flesh, capturing the light that passes through the fruit, and creating contrasts between the brighter upper areas and the darker lower areas.

Watercolor technique:

Watercolor will allow us to work with transparent layers, subtle color nuances and soft gradients to capture the luminosity.
