Claire Prouvost

Claire Prouvost is a French artist based in Dublin, Ireland. The artist likes bright colors, plays with perspective and offers highly structured compositions; there is a Cubist influence in the way she combines angular figures and soft lines. She likes to express the sensitivity of women, and is interested in the world of fashion. Known for her drawings of charismatic women in a bold, pop and minimalist style, Claire has worked with Gucci, Lavazza, Guinness, Brown Thomas and many others. Her background: Claire studied applied art, then product design, before finally finding her calling in graphic design. After a Master's degree at the University of Toulouse, she did a work placement in Ireland and decided to stay. Her inspiration: Claire draws her inspiration from fashion photos from the 70s.
